Kabuli Chana Chaat






Extraordinary as a night nibble or as a hors d'oeuvre, this Kabuli chana chaat is sound and pressed with protein. It is good authentic Indian dish for snack. It feels with different chatpata flavour (mix tastes). Feels extremely mouth watering while eating.


Ingrediants

1 bowl kabuli chana doused and bubbled

1 medium measured onion, finely hacked

1 medium measured potato, bubbled and cut into little pieces

1 medium measured tomato cut into little pieces

2 green chillies finely cleaved

Hardly any coriander leaves finely cleaved

Lemon juice to taste

A couple of capsicum and tomato cuts for enhancement

Salt to taste

1 tsp chaat masala

½ tsp red bean stew powder

½ tsp jeera (cumin seed powder)

1 inch bit of ginger finely cleaved

Headings

1. Take a bowl and include the bubbled kabuli chana.

2. Include the bubbled potatoes, onions.

3. Put the flavors ginger, chillies, cumin and bean stew powder, chaat masala and salt.

4. Include the tomatoes currently followed by coriander leaves and lime juice.

5. Enhancement with capsicum and serve.
